Our first add on to the Teams Business Telephony ecosystem is now available. The development of this Teams app has been customer driven and is a must for companies using Teams for incoming calls to the reception, switchboard or a contact center.
The Find Teams app is an easy and fast way to find the availability of a colleague or a group. Just start typing in the search field and choose a colleague or group from the list that pops up. This launches the high level calendar availability for today. Change to a different date if needed. Week view is available for personal calendars. Hoovering the picture or name displays contact information and clicking the person’s name opens a new window with more details.
We are working with getting the app into the Teams App Store but for now we will distribute installation packages that are installed in the Microsoft 365 tenant. Do not hesitate to contact us on contact@ctelo.com if you are interested in a demo or wants to buy the app.
